1. Who we are

NoodlePants ("NoodlePants", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Trend Wise Investment Group Pty Ltd ("the Company"), the legal entity providing the NoodlePants service at noodlepants.com. By using the service, you are entering into an agreement with the Company.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use NoodlePants, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you're using NoodlePants on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you're using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. The service

NoodlePants helps you compare cost of living, taxes, and relocation data across countries, with optional AI-powered guides and a paid Pro plan. Information is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, immigration, or tax advice. Always verify with qualified local professionals before making decisions.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• · use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• · send spam, abuse, or attempt to defraud us or other users;
• · infringe anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• · interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing rate limits or technical restrictions);
• · reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its data.

6. Intellectual property

The NoodlePants service, including the software, content, branding, and underlying data compilations, is owned by the Company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your selected plan and these Terms. We reserve all other rights.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. New subscribers may be offered a free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the standard rate. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. AI-generated content

Some features use AI models to generate guides, comparisons, and recommendations. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and should not be relied on as professional advice. You're responsible for your prompts, how you use the outputs, and for verifying anything important before acting on it. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs that violate these Terms or our acceptable use rules.

9. Service level

We do our best to keep NoodlePants fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; we may delete account data after a reasonable period.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit to NoodlePants.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
