The promise
You can request a full refund on any NoodlePants Pro purchase within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to your first paid charge after the free trial as well as annual upgrades.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:
- · Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- · Email us at hello@noodlepants.com and we'll forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep Pro access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Cancelling stops future charges; if you also want a refund on a recent charge, request it through Paddle as described above.
Free trials
New Pro subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If you forget and get charged, no stress — request a refund within the 30-day window and we'll sort it out.
